Lead me to your menopause-friendly recipes! This is what I’m most looking forward to! I love to cook, but this silly early-onset menopause is squashing my ability to appreciate a fine meal. I feel as if I’m in a food sin-bin, unable to share the same treats as the rest of the family.

This sounds like such a lovely, unique cookbook, one for the ages and for ALL ages. Your Celeriac and Apple Slaw sounds amazing – I think this will become a family favourite and accompany many meals. I love that this book is all about getting more veg into your diet, especially as the statistics for adequate vegetable intake is not being met by adults or kids. Let’s make eating fruit & veg a fun and tasty experience!

Congrats on your new book, I love your approach to food and the variety of recipes. The first dish I’d like to make is the Quinoa and Tempeh San Choy Bow – the flavour combination looks like it’ll pack a punch and the crunch and texture of the other ingredients will help my family and I be more mindful when we eat. As for what dish to cook next, well….I’ll let the seasonal produce direct me 😉

Your cookbook has come along in perfect time as I am seeing a naturopath who is helping me understand the benefits of eating real food and not dieting and that food should be enjoyed. I would love your cookbook to learn healthy ways of preparing meals for my whole family which are full of nutritious wonderful meals that my kids will love and choose these meals over processed foods.
Congratulations on finishing your cookbook, 24 months is long time to slog on something without life getting in the way.

I just love fresh veggies and my favourite thing is the world is a tray of roast veggies. Hopefully you have some recipes that will entice the rest of the family to join me on this veggie loving journey. I find they love sauces, so maybe you have a great recipe to make in the vitamix blender to slather over them!

Congratulations on publishing your book. I’ve looked at what is involved in writing a book and publishing, and it’s a huge task. Your book looks professional. I like that your recipes are sugar and gluten-free. I’m particularly interested in your guide to wellness through different life and age groups. I believe that each of us is suited to different foods depending on our genetics and age.

Such a good book! I’ve already made the Arancini, Black Pepper Beef Stir-Fry and the Mushroom Sausage Pasta! Loving it so far. What I am most interested in making though is the Rainbow Gnudi with Sage Butter! The colours, the variety, the beautiful photo… I just know they are going to be AMAZING. Thank you for making your books so versatile. It really is so handy to be able to adapt recipes as needed when eating with others. Thanks!

I can’t wait to try the whipped banana, cacao & peanut butter spread! This would be AMAZING on pancakes, I’m also thinking about adding a spoonful to some milk kefir to make an epic milkshake! ??? Yum!
