Anti-inflammatory Green Smoothie Recipe
Perfect after a work out to alkalise your body or whenever you feel like giving yourself a healthy boost of greens. Whole lime in this recipe neutralises the earthiness of the vegetables while providing lots of fibre. Gulp the whole thing down or have half and store the other half in a jar and consume within 24 hours.

- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 Lebanese cucumber about 4 inches
- 1 celery stalk about 6inches long
- 1 cos or romaine lettuce leaf
- 1 whole lime peeled
- 1 teaspoon green powder (I used a spirulina chlorella and wheatgrass mix)
- 1 teaspoon ginger powedr
- pinch turmeric powder
- 1 cup water
