Lactation smoothie recipe
The following recipe is great for increasing milk supply for breastfeeding mums. Enjoy around lunchtime to bring the supply up for the evening when babies tend to cluster feed for the night. This makes two servings that will last two days.

- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup cooked oat porridge
- handful baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 1 small fennel bulb
- 1/2 small banana
